Code of Ethics
- Be courteous and helpful to all.
- Do not criticize other members.
- Senior students, be humble.
- Junior students be respectful.
- Never consider yourself knowledgeable, regardless of time in training.
- Senior students are responsible to demonstrate the Code of Ethics in and out of class. This demonstrates the strength of you art and makes good practitioners and teachers.
- Allow criticism and suggestions by anyone. Others can catch something that is very true and helpful, if you are open. Remembering we are all equal humans and thinking we know a lot, means we know little.
- Don't think of criticism as personal. Criticism is only suggestions or sharing to gain better refinement from outside eyes.
- Carry yourself earnestly, try your best even it it's not up to your expectations.
- It is your responsibility to try your best in all classes. Do not allow yourself to just follow or stand idle.
- Always try to do that which you think you cannot do. Technique without practice is like a car in idle.
- Remember any skill has a lifetime of perfecting.
- Remember knowledge grows and deepens with practice of techniques.
